  • By bus: Depending on the bus route you choose, the U1 line or U6 line reaches you to the Alte Donau station or Neue Donau station, from where you can walk up to the Danube Tower. 
  • By subway and bus line: Take the U1 line or the U6 line to reach the Alte Donau station or Neue Donau station. From both stations, you can take the 20 A bus to reach the Donauturm. By getting on the U1 line, you can also reach the VIC/Kaisermuhlen station, from where you can get the 20 A bus. 
  • By car: If you come from the airport, take the A4 Ostautobahn and exit A23 Sud-Ost-Tangente in the direction of Handelskai. You will pass through Brigittenauer Brucke, the Donauturmstrache to reach the Donauturm. While visitors with mobility challenges enjoy free parking spaces at the Tower, others have to pay a minimal charge to park their vehicles at the tower. 
  • By bicycle: The Donaupark is an ideal recreational spot. There are several biking parking spaces around the Danube Tower.

  • Wheelchair-accessible spaces: In the high-speed elevators, only one visitor in a wheelchair is transported from the observation deck to exit point 1. Unfortunately, the stairs to the catering areas and the stairs to the indoor terrace cannot be accessed by wheelchair users. Strollers are not allowed inside the Danube Tower. It is best to take a Maxi-Cosi or carry your baby while going up the tower.
